SuSheila Dhillon, CMB is the lead practice manager for The Dhillon Consulting Group. Possessing a demonstrated strength in strategic planning, credit policy, capital markets, and compliance in both the federal and state regulatory environment, SuSheila is a Master Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) with over 30 years in the finance industry.

For ten years, she served as a compliance advisor for multiple banks undergoing OCC, FDIC, CFPB, DOJ and State compliance exams. Prior to consulting, SuSheila was part of executive management team that successfully developed and executed strategic plans and budgets for consumer business units designed to meet 2-billion-dollar revenue objective.

SuSheila is recognized as a motivating speaker and most recently has been teaching for the Mortgage Bankers Association university classes and BankersHub. She has spoken at the Mortgage Bankers Association of America as well as State Associations, All Regs, USAID, and Euromoney Conference. SuSheila was the 2022 CMB Society Chair.

SuSheila served as a Strategic Advisor to multiple financial organizations undergoing regulatory review:

Advise real estate financial institutions – banks, credit unions and IMBs – in creating and updating enterprise wide compliance and risk management programs.
Excel at preparing for regulatory exams and investor reviews
Successfully negotiated financial institutions out of regulatory sanctions

SuSheila also is an experienced Leader in Strategic projects

Coordinate with institution’s leadership, conducting business analysis and identifying business opportunities to increase clients profitability and developing solutions to decrease expenses.
